We take payment via BACS but also via card on board at the end of the trip. Payment can also be made by credit/debit card with prior agreement.
Where a booking is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled pick up time the company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee
all drivers are smartly dressed and greet clients in the arrivals hall to help with luggage. A charge for a meet and greet service will be added for airport collections. At Stansted, Luton and London City a fee of £10 will be added the first 30 minutes. At Heathrow & Gatwick a fee of £10.00 will be added for the first 60 minutes. These charges reflect the cost of parking at the different airports. Please ask for additional information when you book.

Our drivers are indeed able to wait for your flight to arrive. Waiting is charged at £7.50 per fifteen minutes when appropriate.
